Refunds and cancelations policy
All registration and annual register maintenance fees and fees for the supply of documents primarily cover costs associated with processing the application or request. As such, they are not cancellable or refundable, regardless of the outcome. In rare cases, and at the Registrar’s discretion a refund may be issued, for example on compassionate grounds, minus an administration fee.
Annual practising certificate fees are partially refundable for those who choose to relinquish their annual practising certificate during the practising year. Any refund is calculated on a quarterly, pro-rata basis, minus an administration fee of $56.
